Message from the Board

Dear Owners,

As you already know an association has been formed to represent all the members. This association is made up of all owners represented by a team of six each representing his block. The primary objectives of this association are to maintain the common areas, to issue directives to avoid any possible annoyance to all owners and to ensure that necessary facilities and services are well kept and properly functioning. The board is presently issuing a set of procedures and regulations to ensure that all this is met in the most efficient manner.

Also in order to do all this, the board appeals for your cooperation hoping that you appreciate the energy being spent to start and continue something like this,  for the welfare of all owners. Further more the board is committed to keep you all informed with the latest meetings, achievements, proposals and financial status of the association which is why we have created this web site.

The association is currently in the process to be recognized legally, this will involve an official contract which will give the association the right to issue official notices thus uniting legally all owners giving all of us a greater say when dealing with e government entities such as the Housing Authority.
